Track Frame Change Out System
Project Challenge
How to create multiple, yet safe, work fronts in operation concurrently.
Solution
Designed and fabricated to extract track frames parallel to machinery whereby alignment is precise allowing for fast, easy removal and refit, enabling simultaneous engine change out, track frame work, undercarriage repairs – whilst providing massive benefits in worker safety.
Judges/Commentary Tower
Project Challenge
To create a state of the art tower to house technical equipment and provide views across a track facility, on a short time frame with minimal outlay.
Solution
A container tower structure incorporating an external staircase and all weather awnings for comfort. This high quality structure is functional, housing a track control office, commentors box and broadcasting/camera room. A two toned colour scheme seamlessly blends with other infrastructure onsite.
Stemming Truck
Project Challenge
To modernize and rejuvenate the traditional way of stemming and blast preparation.
Solution
Designed with operator safety in mind – an increased bin capacity, updated control system, all electric drives and a rollerless conveyor have been developed to allow blast holes to be backfilled or “stemmed”, with greater accuracy, safety and efficiency. Our machines are revolutionising the stemming process in open cut mines, delivering substantial savings in materials, time and labour.
Military Training Camp Infrastructure
Project Challenge
To create in regional NSW, an enhanced, military training facility spanning a 3 month project timeframe.
Solution
To meet Defence Zone 2 standards at the Singleton Military Base, our executive team and development engineers project managed the design, fabrication and placement of 160 x 40 foot containers including fit out of stairwells, windows, handrails and creation of underground tunnels.
